Main floor: Master Bedroom with 1-King size bed w/ en suite full bathroom 1/2 Bath located next to front door and laundry room Laundry Room 2nd Floor: Bedroom with 1-Queen size bed Bedroom with 3-Twin size beds Full Bath located between bedrooms KITCHEN: Fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel equipment, basic cooking supplies and spices, drip coffee machine, blender, toaster, and cutlery and dishes OUTDOOR LIVING: Screened-in porch with chairs, gas grill, swimming/fishing deck, and log fire pit (wood provided) INSIDE LIVING: gas fireplace, smart TVs, and a dining table for eight people GENERAL: Central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, hair dryer, washer and dryer, complimentary toiletries NOTE: There is starter wood & propane provided, To access the river, there is a set of stairs required to take.
